Strategic Planning Coordinators

The role of the Strategic Planning Coordinators (SPC) is to assess major agency initiatives to identify opportunities for cross-boundary interagency collaboration and information sharing, innovative solutions for improved operational effectiveness, cost-efficiency and customer service, and wider state objectives that support a consistent aligned strategy.

SPCs serve as a facilitator in identifying the needs that span agencies as well as the data and technology efficiencies that can be applied at the enterprise level.  This concept is a unique opportunity for state agencies in Florida’s IT enterprise to work collaboratively and leverage shared IT needs to advance the collective mission of their agencies.
